Our Oceanspice Jerk Marinade is our finest traditional recipe with a beautiful blend of spices original to Boston, Portland, Jamaica. It is best used to season chicken, pork, beef, fish and vegetables (or even tofu!)
*Start with 1TBSP per raw pound of meat/vegetable.
*For optimal flavour; it is recommended to marinate food overnight in the refrigerator (ZipLock bag or Covered container) but can be used right away.
* To increase the flavour profile; brush on more marinade with basting brush in the last 5-10 mins of cooking.
